An Asian-American despised by Jillian but is definitely the man around the office. He holds it down. Waymond is a gangster at heart but it doesnt show with his mellow personality and blank stare. The main characters hate Waymond and always try to mess with him but it never seems to phase him (damn it feels good to be a gangster). It is rumored that Waymond will have his own spin-off show 'Everybody Loves Waymond' and his true colors will shine with the support of his peers. It will be revealed in season 4 that Waymond was one a sick rapper in the 90's. He will also finally talk!
